These terms describe the research service offered by Isha Jain. Read them before accepting. They do not waive statutory investor rights.
Isha Jain · SEBI RA INH000021650
Pre-launch draft. Service details and operational disclosures are being completed. Access remains subject to onboarding and activation.
1. Research service
Isha Jain, SEBI-registered Research Analyst INH000021650, offers one non-personalised Indian equity model portfolio under the Soch Finance brand. The dated portfolio research report sets out its universe, objectives, constituent securities and weights, selection rationale, methodology, risks, investment horizon, benchmark and review schedule. Research services do not include personalised investment advice, trade execution, custody or portfolio management.
2. Applicable framework and declarations
The RA and subscriber remain subject to the SEBI Act, Research Analysts Regulations and applicable SEBI / RAASB directions. Isha Jain must confirm the continuing validity of registration and qualifications, absence of legal conflicts and independence from conflicting executive or professional activities before activation. The registration date, office and BSE enlistment details are displayed in the compliance centre once verified.
3. Client details and KYC
Provide complete and accurate identity and contact information and keep it updated. Before fee-paying services commence, applicable KYC and KRA checks must be completed through the prescribed process. An email and phone form, a ChatGPT sign-in or a coupon is not KYC. Any additional client record or PAN requirement applicable to the introductory service must be satisfied before activation; this site does not collect identity document images.
4. Client understanding
You choose these research services voluntarily for your own use. You have read and understood the service terms and fee structure. Your reliance on research is based on your own judgement and assessment. Investments can lose value, including the entire amount invested. Recommendations provide no assurance of returns; investment losses alone do not create an entitlement to reimbursement from the RA. This does not restrict remedies for misconduct or deficiency in service.
5. Introductory access and fees
The proposed introductory offer is six calendar months of access at ₹0 using SOCH6, beginning on the recorded activation date. No card, payment mandate, referral, investment deposit or future purchase is required. Applying does not itself activate access. Continued access after expiry is optional at ₹5,000 per year, inclusive of applicable taxes, only after fresh acceptance and applicable KYC. There is no automatic debit, automatic paid conversion or retrospective charge. The introductory offer and its wording require documented compliance review before launch.
6. Payments and refunds
During the ₹0 period there is no fee to refund. Any later paid service requires a separate confirmed order and an authorised non-cash payment method; no paid gateway is connected here. Fee ceilings, advance payment periods, refunds and any permissible charges remain subject to then-current SEBI / RAASB rules. On early termination, refund applicable proportionate fees for the unexpired period as required. On cancellation or qualifying suspension of the RA registration, apply the regulatory refund requirements. CeFCoM is an optional fee collection mechanism operated through BSE; subscribers may seek guidance on its use before paying.
7. Risks
Equity investments involve market, business, liquidity, governance, valuation, concentration and small/mid-cap risks where applicable. Research may be revised as evidence changes. Model weights, implementation prices, cash flows, costs and taxes can cause an investor’s results to differ from the model. The six-month access period is not the portfolio’s investment horizon. Read the full risk disclosure and the portfolio factsheet.
8. Conflicts and report disclosures
The RA will disclose and mitigate material conflicts under applicable regulations. Each dated research report must state relevant financial interests, ownership, associates / relatives’ interests, compensation and other mandatory report-level disclosures. Do not infer independence or an absence of conflicts from the branding. Current practice-level disclosures appear in the compliance centre once confirmed.
9. Updates and communications
Approved changes are published in the subscriber area with dates and rationale. Research updates are intended to be communicated by email and, if separately opted in, WhatsApp. Delivery depends on accurate contact details and channel availability; check the account for current research. These channels do not authorise the RA to trade. Keep all research communications and acceptance records. Promotional consent is not a condition of access.
10. Ending the service
You may stop access or withdraw optional WhatsApp consent from your account or contact the RA. At six-month expiry access ends unless a fresh paid subscription is explicitly agreed. The RA may suspend services where legally required and must comply with applicable refund obligations. Changes to voluntary contractual clauses require at least 15 days’ notice where prescribed; material changes require the appropriate fresh consent.
11. Grievances and investor rights
Contact the designated grievance officer in the compliance centre first. Service-related grievances will be addressed within seven business working days or the applicable regulatory timeline. Escalation is available through SEBI SCORES and the Smart ODR portal under their procedures. Investor Charter rights and statutory remedies remain available.
12. MITC, safety and responsibilities
The Most Important Terms and Conditions form part of these terms. Read them and the Investor Charter, including the investor do’s and don’ts. Never share trading, demat or bank passwords or OTPs with the RA. Do not provide investment funds to the RA. Keep your email and mobile number updated.
13. Records and privacy
The RA retains research, service and client communication / consent records for the period prescribed by law, generally at least five years and longer where legally required. The privacy notice explains data purposes, access, service providers, retention and requests. Recordkeeping, client classification, KYC, security and regulatory filings remain operational responsibilities of the RA.
