The service collects your name, email, Indian mobile number, sign-in identifier, typed acceptance name, coupon, time of consent, versions and snapshots of accepted documents, subscription status and communication preferences. Technical request data may be processed by hosting and authentication providers. No bank details, card information or broker credentials are collected for ₹0 access.
Use these details to process an application, administer access, maintain required consent and client records, address complaints and communicate service updates. Optional WhatsApp messages require separate consent; unrelated promotions are not bundled into service acceptance. Any legally required additional onboarding or KYC is performed through the prescribed process before the applicable services begin.
Hosting and authentication are provided by the site platform using Cloudflare infrastructure and ChatGPT sign-in. Records are held in a server-side database with restricted administrative access. Email and optional WhatsApp delivery use their respective providers. These providers may process data outside India; the RA must verify applicable outsourcing, security, data-location and regulatory obligations before public launch. No sale of contact lists is authorised.
Research-service communications, acceptance records and applicable client records are retained for the statutory period, generally at least five years; legal holds may require longer. Only authorised administration and necessary service providers should access records. Deletion requests are subject to mandatory retention and dispute obligations.
Request correction, access or an explanation of processing by contacting the RA. You can stop optional WhatsApp messages in your account without losing service email. You can request closure of access; legally required records may still need retention. No non-essential advertising trackers are installed on this site.
Administrative access is authenticated and checked on the server; portfolio content is restricted to active subscriptions. The RA remains responsible for security, incident handling and compliance. Never send identity documents, passwords or financial OTPs through an unsolicited message.
